Janice Bumgarner, LMT

Janice brings nearly 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, offering a deeply personalized and intuitive approach to bodywork. She integrates a wide range of modalities—including Thai yoga and table stretching, sports massage, Mana Lomi (Hawaiian deep tissue), gua sha, cupping, myofascial release, Sarga bodywork, intra-oral therapy, craniosacral work, and structural integration. Her sessions are crafted to meet each client where they are, blending precise technique with nurturing care.

Over the years, Janice has supported clients in recovery from car accidents, sports injuries, and repetitive stress, while also helping people reconnect with their bodies and relieve everyday tension. She believes massage is “precise medicine”—a way to restore balance, encourage healing, and help people shine from the inside out.

Outside the treatment room, Janice can be found adventuring in the Pacific Northwest with her son and dog—hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and paddle boarding. She is also passionate about art in all forms, seeing creativity and self-expression as vital parts of healing and growth.

"One of my goals is to influence and encourage those around me to be the best they can be—beginning with feeling their best. Massage is therapeutic for both mind and body, and when we feel well physically and emotionally, we’re able to live more fully. I am here to help you relax, restore, and rejuvenate on your personal journey of health."
